Supporting the RAF
As well as supporting deployed operations overseas, 7644 also supports the Royal Air Force in the UK. Whether it is media training or support to exercises, Squadron personnel can be working with stations and units across the RAF.
As well as the obvious advantage to the RAF of getting more support from a reservist unit, the UK work also ensures that newer members of the Squadron have a ready supply of real tasking to develop their skills and ensure they are ready for operations.
