Lion's Roar

RAF Benson produces an official Station magazine called the Lion's Roar every quarter. Unfortunately these are not currently available online but we are looking into being able to provide online versions of the Lion's Roar in the future.

Benson Beacon

We also produce a monthly Station newsletter for all dependants and personnel at RAF Benson. This contains news stories from across the Station as well as useful information including upcoming events and welfare and community issues. This is available online in PDF format from the link on the left of this page.

Other Publications

The souvenir booklet created for our Spitfire Rededication Ceremony in November 2011 is available in PDF format here. It contains basic historical information regarding the Photographic Reconnaissance Unit at RAF Benson as well as the moving story behind our gate guardian.
