Bumps to Tots is a volunteer based group for pregnant women and mothers and fathers with children up to the age of 5. Sessions are held in the Community Centre on the domestic site and are open to all Service personnel and dependants.

Current session times are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9.30am to 11.30am.

The first session is free, with each session costing £1 thereafter. Refreshments are available for parents and children.

Monday is a general play session, Tuesday is arts and crafts, Thursday is tumble time and Friday is music and movement.
