The Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen and Families’Association (SSAFA) Forces Help is the leading national charitycommitted to helping and supporting those who serve in our Armed Forces. SSAFA staff are available to offer advice and help on a variety of matters suchas nursing, pregnancy, child health, matrimonial, fostering and adoption andchildren-at-risk matters.

However, SSAFA staff, as well as voluntaryworkers, are good listeners and you can take your worries to them - evenproblems you might not want to discuss within your family. Above all, rememberthat the help does not end when you are no longer part of the RAF community. SSAFA goes on helping whenever you need them in later civilian life.
