· To promote and coordinate youth activity at RAF Benson in orderto maximise the excellent facilities on the Station.

· To provide local youth from 5 – 22 years of age with worthwhileactivity and the possibility of finding out more about the Royal Air Force.

· To spread a positive message about the Royal Air Force byencouraging individuals to explore what is available to them in their potentialfuture careers.

This is generally undertaken through liaison with local organisations such as schools and youth groups, with children undertaking co-ordinated activities that allow for personal development, group activities, individual learning, and promotion of social awareness amongst many other things.
