Breakfast Mon-Fri: 0600-0815 Weekends: 0800-0930
Lunch 1100-1245 1130-1230
Dinner 1600-1745 1645-1730
Supper 2300-0000 2100-2330

Code of Dress:

1) Sports shorts are not to be worn in the mess.

2) Cut-offs are not to be worn in the mess.

3) Flip-flops are not to be worn in the mess.

4) Sleeve-less tops are not to be worn in the mess.

5) Soiled sportswear is not to be worn in the mess.

6) It is agreed that personnel should not enter the mess having just come
from a sporting activity, without having showered or changed.

Facilities:

The Junior Ranks Mess also provides a Healthy Eating Option as well as Casual Meal Tickets for Civilian and Married Personnel.
A TV Room is also available to sit down and relax.
