We’re as committed to the development of our staff as we are to ourcadets. All adult members of the Air Cadets have the opportunity toachieve a variety of recognised qualifications, including:

• City & Guilds Graduateship in Youth Management and Training (Level 6)
• City & Guilds Licentiateship in Youth Leadership and Training (Level 4)
• ILM Introductory Certificate in First Line Management (Level 3)
• Edexcel NVQ Verification Award (Level 4)
• Edexcel NVQ Assessor Award (Level 3)
