Be part of the Flying Show...
Ever dreamed of flying an aeroplane? Then reach for the skies and visit Hall 12 of the NEC, Birmingham on 26th and 27th November 2011 for The Flying Show! The event features OVER 60 exhibitors, including a great variety of light aeroplanes and gyrocopters, The Spitfire Flying Club, model flying demonstrations, flying schools and much more!
Entry is completely FREE for under 18s and is priced at £12.50 for other visitors, although officers supervising larger cadet groups can get discounted entry. If you are planning to take a group of cadets along, simly e-mail paul@flyermag.co.uk with the size of the group you are planning to take and Paul will arrange entry for you and your group.
You will be able to explore the show, learning about flying your very own aircraft and be inspired by leading aviation personalities such as David Sykes, who recently flew his own microlight aircraft from the UK to Australia despite being paralysed from the waist down. There's even a workshop where children can build their own model to take home!
It doesn't matter if you're young, old, an experienced pilot or new to the world of flying – a visit to the LARGEST indoor aviation in the UK will tell you everything you need to know to get up, up and away!
