Qualifications you need: 3 GCSEs/Standards at Grade C/3 minimum or equivalent in English Language, Maths and an approved Science/Technology subject
Qualifications you can gain: City & Guilds Level 3 Progression Award in Engineering Fabrication; NVQ Level 3 in Engineering Fabrication as part of an Advanced Apprenticeship
Whatever skills you have when you join as an RAF General Technician (Workshop), you’ll quickly become highly trained in the use of a wide range of machinery, repairing aircraft components and parts for other equipment essential to the RAF.
