What the RAF say:
Catering in the RAF is exciting, challenging and very different. RAF Stewards pride themselves on delivering high standards, day-in, day-out. So whether they’re serving food and drinks for a royal banquet, working in a busy mess bar or looking after troops on a flight returning from the front line – they always deliver the goods. The training included in this course is highly regarded and fully prepares apprentices for their Steward role.
What do the apprentices think?
“All of the staff at CTS were really helpful and helped me pass my course with no problems. During my time at RAF Odiham they continued to support my progress and their help assisted me no end in ensuring all my learning goals were achieved. I am extremely proud of all that I have gone on to achieve since joining the RAF.” Terri Weir, RAF Odiham.
