Photographers support RAF activities worldwide, during both peacetime and war. As a Photographer, you’ll use modern digital systems to undertake a variety of duties, from photographing aircraft faults on the front line to being part of a Combat Camera Team in battle situations overseas – even photographing a Royal visit to your station!
With the RAF’s first-class training (where you can gain an Advanced Apprenticeship in Photographic Imaging), plus on-the-job experience, you’ll develop all the skills you need to set up and publish your shots on computer networks, and could also be involved in the production of films and video clips.
