Qualifications needed: Degree in Sports Science, Outdoor Activities or Rehabilitation of Sports Injuries, plus GCSEs/Standards at Grade C/3 in English Language and Maths

Arrange fitness programmes, organise adventurous training, run a range of sports and exercise facilities. As a Physical Education Officer, it’s your job to keep RAF personnel fighting fit and ready for action.

You could also command an outdoor training centre, helping RAF staff with personal development, or you could play a key role in operational parachute training – leading a team of Parachute Jumping Instructors as they teach UK Airborne and Special Forces.
