As an RAF Radiographer, you’ll take and process X-ray images in state-of-the-art facilities like the Centre for Defence Imaging at Birmingham Hospital, Ministry of Defence Hospital Units (MDHUs), and The Princess Mary's Hospital at RAF Akrotiri in Cyprus.
Of course, there’s more to it than that. As well as the usual RAF benefits like travel, Radiographers are usually deployed overseas soon after their training. On operations like this, your skills as a military radiographer will become clear: it will be your role to produce hospital-standard images in a range of challenging environments.
