Armed Forces Chaplaincy Centre
Amport House is the Tri-service Armed Forces Chaplaincy Centre. Set in the beautiful Hampshire countryside south of Andover it provides much of the Chaplains ongoing training and a variety of courses for serving personnel.
Among the courses offered are the following:
- Listening Skills and Pastoral Care
- Bereavement and Loss
- Practical Listening
- Personal Awareness
- Family Dynamics
- TRiM Practitioner and Coordinator Course
- Hospital Liaison Officer Training
- Visiting Officer Training
You can apply for courses directly by downloading and completing an application form. Please note, in most circumstances this form must be signed by your station or unit chaplain before submitting to Amport House.
