If you have served in the Royal Air Force and you need a copy of part of your Service Record, you can apply on a Subject Access Request (SAR) Form:

If you are the Next of Kin of a deceased former member of the Royal Air Force and you would like to see what information is held on your Next of Kin's Service Record, you can apply on this form:

If you are not the immediate Next of Kin of a deceased former member of the Royal Air Force and wish to see details of their Service Record, you can apply on this form:

You should note that only a limited amount of information can be released to a general enquirer.
