On 20 May the RAF Falcons took to the skies over RAF Brize Norton performing a display to launch the 2010 season. After our pre-display preparation and briefings the Team boarded the Dornier from Weston-on-the-Green. Unfortunately the weather was not kind with low cloud over the Station so the Team exited at 3,500 ft in front of children from the local schools and station personnel. After deploying their parachutes the RAF Falcons built the famous non-contact canopy stack with smokes blaring. The Team landed on the sports pitches in front of friends and supporters to an extremely warm reception. The Falcons thoroughly enjoyed their opening display to the 2010 season.
