During a visit to Exercise Red Flag at Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada, Chief of the Air Staff Air Chief Marshal Sir Glenn Torpy took the opportunity to meet RAF personnel from 1115 Flt who are attached to the Combined Joint Predator Task Force.
Having seen the Predator Operations Center at Nellis and crews involved in live multi-aircraft operations, Sir Glenn travelled to Creech Air Force Base to see the Predator A and to meet other key personnel.
The Royal Air Force will receive its first Predator B ‘MQ-9 REAPER’ aircraft later this year.
