Presentation Requirements

The Team is totally self supporting in that we provide our own large screen & set, sound system and audio visual control. However, if you have your own integrated presentation facilities we are happy to discuss the compatibility with our system.

There are however a few venue essentials that are required for us to deliver our presentation:

Venue Dimensions:

We are able to present in many different types of venues and are usually very flexible about room dimensions. That said, and because we use rear-projection, we do ask that a minimum of 1.5 metres is made available behind the screen and a further 3 metres from the screen to the first row of seating (4.5 metres minimum in total).

Furthermore, we require a minimum height of 3 metres (floor to ceiling) to accommodate the viewing screen.


Power Supply:


We require a minimum of 4 mains power sockets in the presentation venue. The team will provide its own extension cables if required.

Lighting Requirements:

For daylight presentations suitable blackout facilities are essential at venues with windows, otherwise the images on the screen are degraded. Switchable lighting is preferable.

Access:

The Presentation Team has numerous items of heavy equipment; accordingly a ground level area is preferred with level access. Should the proposed venue not be situated at ground level then access by lift needs to be available where possible. Importantly, convenient access for unloading heavy equipment into the venue is preferable.

Setup and pack up:

For the Presentation a minimum of 1.5 hours is required to setup the extensive audio/visual equipment. Post Presentation it normally takes the Team around 1 hour to pack up depending on vehicle access.

Reconnaissance:
