Thirty Service and MOD personnel from RAF High Wycombe and the CHQ embarked on a ‘Staff Ride Tour' to Germany and Poland so that they can build a replica of 'Hut 104', the hut from which the entrance to Great Escape tunnel ‘Harry' was concealedat the site of the Great Escape Museum at Zagan , Poland. It will act as a memorial to all those who were PoW's at Stalag Luft III and as an ‘education centre' for future visits by Service personnel and the public.
