RAF Inter-Station Badminton Championships
The RAF Inter-Station Badminton Championships will take place 20-21 Feb 12 at RAF Halton, with the Men’s competition taking place on 20 Feb 12 and the Ladies and Mixed competitions on 21 Feb 12. The format and rules remain the same in that a minimum of 4 men are required for both a Men’s and Ladies team, and a minimum of 2 men and 2 ladies for a Mixed team. Notwithstanding this, if you are struggling to field a full team, please contact me soonest and we can discuss the issue. Please remember that MOD civilians are permitted, but cannot make up more than 49% of your team.
All stations that wish to enter are to contact me using any of the methods of contact shown above. Please state which events that you wish to enter and provide me with any accommodation requests that you may have. As in previous years, each team must provide a tube of Yonex AS30 (or equivalent) shuttles per match, as shuttles are not provided. The deadline for registration is COP 14 Feb 12.
