Mission: To ensure that ASACS operations in all roles are standardized and that the ASACS adapts to new developments in operational doctrine, equipment and tactics.

The role of the ASACS Standards Team is to collect and evaluate information relevant to the combat capability of the ASACS;  disseminate new ideas and assist units to improve their operational readiness and capability; assess whether or not units are effectively organised, equipped and trained to operate and, to evaluate the skills, knowledge and attitudes of individuals.
