Security Flight

The mission of Security Flight is to deliver timely, effective and robust security, security advice and policing to the ASACS Force Commander.

General Police Duty (GPD)

Royal Air Force Police GPD personnel are responsible for the initial reporting of crime, vehicle & traffic offences, anti-terrorist & crime detection patrols of the unit and family married quarters, instigation of out of hour’s emergency protocols and policing of unit events.

Counter Intelligence (CI)

CI is responsible for the protection of all assets at RAF Boulmer, including measures that govern IT, personal, physical, document and information security. The section is also responsible for providing advice and support to counter the threat posed from espionage, terrorism, sabotage, subversion and increasing non traditional threats.

Special Investigations (SI)

SI is responsible for the prevention, investigation and reporting of crime in and around RAF Boulmer. The SI Section also liaises with RAF Police Specialist Police Wing as well as local Law Enforcement Constabularies.

Main Guard Room (MGR)

The RAF Boulmer Main Guardroom is situated at the Main Gate of the Administration Site. The MGR is staffed by MPGS, MGS and houses the Passes & Permits Office (manned 24 hours and deals with the issuing of temporary passes to all visitors, contractors, social visitors & dependants).

MPGS

The MPGS is responsible for the armed guarding of the station.

MOD Guard Service
