This page is to help the viewer, whether boxing literate or otherwise to become informed on the rules that govern the sport. We will look at such subjects as the weight categories within the ABA (E) system, as well as the rules we all adhere to. We will also look at the RAF coaches within the team and show the time and effort they commit to the sport.
