Passenger Accommodation at the Gateway House Hotel


Gateway House Hotel Accommodation at RAF Brize Norton is available for duty passengers travelling on schedule flights only if their flight departs RAF Brize Norton before 1400 hrs. Passengers on later flights may be accommodated subject to bed availability but will be expected to pay the appropriate rate for accommodation and meals as applicable. Passengers must first check in at the Air Terminal .

The Gateway House is located half a mile away from the Air Terminal; free transport is available to transfer you if required.

NOTE - Gateway House Hotel can no longer accept advance accommodation bookings. Those passengers travelling on Operational flights will take priority over all other passengers.


Gateway House Restaurant

Passengers arriving on inbound flights who are awaiting onward transport may utilise the Gateway House facilities to freshen up if you so wish. Inbound passengers wishing to overnight stay may also do so on the same regulations as above.

Gateway House Bar



Within the Gateway House there is a large lounge with Sky television, pool tables and gaming machines. There is also a fully licensed bar which is open on a daily basis, Internet cafe and numerous vending machines.



NOTE - Passengers should be aware that excess consumption of alcohol before a flight may result in the passenger being removed from the flight.
