PC Pete Taylor Biography

PC Pete Taylor

I have been a serving Police officer since joining the Metropolitan Police in January 1980 and have spent the majority of my service in West London.

During my service I too have participated in several events to raise money for charity.

I have completed the London to Brighton cycle ride on 2 occasions, climbed Ben Nevis in aid of the Pulse appeal for the West Middlesex Hospital, and ran the ‘Horseless Horse Trials, a cross country run over jumps and ditches normally reserved for the 3 day eventers ! I have organised and participated in a charity football match in aid of a fallen officer and taken a team to the 2003 North American Police Soccer Championships in New York, as well as working with the London Marathon for 26 years with Roy.

I feel honoured to be asked to be a part of a team to raise money for such a project that will go some way to benefit, unfortunately too many very brave men and women injured in the service of their country.

This operation will require enormous effort from Jason and Nick, so please help us to help the heroes by making a donation.

Thank you for your support
