I am delighted to lend my support to Operation LONG ROAD. This is a great endeavour, in aid of an extremely worthy cause. Our servicemen and women are doing incredible work in difficult conditions on our behalf. Quite simply, they are the best of British. In raising money for Help for Heroes, Operation LONG ROAD is a practical demonstration of support for the sacrifices they are making. It will make a real difference, and does great credit to all those taking part.
