Day 1

Left London bound for LA all going to plan. Added bonus was that all excess baggage has been waivered as we are doing this for H4H charity, met our last team member Pete Taylor as planned at terminal 5 amd now heading to board our 747 to LA. Outstanding news from flightdeck a full complimentry bar is available on route. Harry the bear has gone for a wonder and hasn't been seen for the last hour. The bear has returned with his camera with some interesting photos. Seems he has had an eventful time on board. Landed safely in LA after a comfortable flight and all baggage and equipment accounted for. Hotel accomodation fair and was only 10 mins from airport. Time here is 8 hours ahead of UK so have been sleepless for 23 hours. Tiredness is kicking in so we are off for a bite to eat and then off for a deserved kip till morning. Goodnight.
