Any individual may seek advice from their Equal Opportunities Advisor (EOA), who, for Service personnel is the Officer Commanding Personnel Management Squadron and the Equality and Diversity Advisor (EDA), who, for civilian personnel, is the Civilian Personnel Officer. All complaints will be investigated thoroughly, impartially and confidentially.
