The nearest town is 6 miles away in Sleaford, which has a bus link to RAF Cranwell and a train station. RAF Cranwell is located in Lincolnshire 23 Kilometres east of Newark-on-Trent on the A17 and 28 Kilometres south of Lincoln just off the A15. It is also 25 Kilometres North East of Grantham. Currently no arrangements exist for guided tours of the station, Whittle Hall is however regularly used for Theatrical events and Concerts which are generally open to the public.
