Eden Club Hire Information
The Eden Club is available for private parties, social gatherings and
official functions. The appropriate charges are as follows:
Lunchtime (Mon Tue Thu) - 12:15-13:15 only

Evening (Mon - Fri)
| Members: | £7.00 per hour per bar person - no maintenance fee |
Non-Members: | £7.00 per hour per bar person - £15.00 maintenance fee (less than 50 people) £7.00 per hour per bar person - £30.00 maintenance fee |
Daytime / Evening (Sat - Sun)
| Members: Non-Members: | £12.00 per hour per bar person £12.00 per hour per bar person - £15.00 maintenance fee (less than 50 people) £30.00 maintenance fee (50 or more people - maximum 100 people) |
Hourly charges are for a minimum of 3 hours. Two members of approved bar staff will be provided for each function. An extra bar person will be provided if deemed necessary by the Eden Club.
Any damage (occurring during a function) must be paid for by the person who has requested use of the club.
Please note that children are allowed in the Eden Club but must be supervised at all times.
Catering services cannot be provided by the Eden Club. Please contact one of the messes for any food requirements.
Any anti-social behaviour in the Eden Club will not be tolerated and will be dealt with by the Committee accordingly.
A minimum of 3 weeks notification of a function is required. A 'Confirmation of Booking' slip must be signed for each function.
