No 1 OACTU Mess

No 1 OACTU Mess provides messing and accommodation services for cadets at the Officer and Aircrew Training Unit (OACTU) and is considered the “training” Mess for the potential officers and Non-Commissioned Aircrew who are members. Whilst NCA spend their whole time on course in No 1 OACTU Mess, the IOT cadets will move after their first term to CHOM having learned all the rules, responsibilities and etiquette expected of a junior officer living in a Mess in the RAF.
