COLLEGE LIBRARY
The RAF College Library at Cranwell is the foremost RAF library in the country and it is acknowledged as one of the four major aviation libraries in the world.
It is a dual-site aviation library whose primary role is to provide support for its military and civilian personnel but also offers support to academic researchers and authors, and a limited information service to the general public. Any visit to the Library is by prior appointment only after consultation with library staff.
The College Hall site concentrates on aviation history, military leadership, campaign histories and current affairs whilst the Trenchard Hall site concentrates on more technical aspects such as engineering, logistics, aeronautics, and management.
