The Stn Cdr is fully committed to Equality & Diversity (E&D) for all Station personnel and has introduced a zero tolerance policy towards harassment and bullying. Complaints of harassment and bullying are taken very seriously and the Station Equality & Diversity Advisor (OC PMF) stands ready to offer advice to on any matter relating to E&D. In addition, a MOD Booklet titled ‘Combating Bullying & Harassement’ exists to offer help and guidance to Station personnel.
