Digby HIVE

The HIVE Information Service is a tri-Service information network available to all members of the Service community - serving personnel both married and single, together with their families and dependants as well as civilians employed by the services.

Your Local HIVE Information centre offers you:

• INTERNET & Email facility
• Information on Station Camp amenities and facilities
• Information on the Local Area
• ‘What’s on’ in Surrounding area
• Contacts for outside agencies

Each HIVE locally produces Information Sheets on a wide range of topics including: Relocation, Local Information, Housing, Health, Employment, and Education & Welfare Needs.

HIVE Information Officers are trained to offer this information support and to refer appropriately to other agencies. This is confidential and impartial service. Other agencies that regularly visit Digby HIVE include: DE Ops Housing, Child Support Agency, a local Family Law Solicitor and a Financial Adviser.

The HIVE Information Centre at RAF Digby is located in the Community Centre along with the SSAFA Forces Help Personnel and Family Support Worker.
