Visitors and visiting vehicles

All personnel visiting Digby are to report to the Visitor Reception Centre where temporary vehicle and personnel passes will be issued. Whilst on the unit the temporary vehicle pass is to be displayed at all times and any form of temporary pass is to be carried on the person at all times. Personnel expecting visitors and/or deliveries are to contact the VRC (ext 7451/7538) and provide details of the person, date, time and address where the visitor/delivery is destined. A point of contact is also to be given. Failure to inform the VRC of an intended visitor /delivery may result in the person / item being turned away. Please inform any visitor to have some form of recognised identification (Passport/Driving Licence etc) with them to ease processing at the VRC. For service visitors Identity cards will be appropriate.

Under NO circumstances may packages/parcels or other item be left at the VRC for collection or pickup.
