Integrated Welfare Facility

The IWF contains the HIVE Information Centre, SSAFA, the Enigma coffee shop and the Station hairdressers. It is located within building 30, next to car park B.

HIVE

The MoD HIVE Information Service is there to provide information on relocation, housing, childcare, healthcare, local unit facilities, travel, education, employment, training and also acts as a welfare referral service. HIVE Information Centres are managed by trained Information Officers and are a valuable asset to the service community. Information is available to the whole service community i.e. single and married personnel, dependants and civilians on station.

SSAFA

SSAFA offers advice to all Service personnel, irrespective of rank, gender or marital status.
The service is also there to help spouses, partners, children and extended families.

The Enigma coffee shop

The Enigma coffee shop offers an extensive food menu and drinks service during the day and takeaway or eat in pizza service in the evening. Moreover, the coffee shop has recently installed SKY, which will feature all main sporting events and offer a speciality menu for the event.

For large food orders please ring the order in advance on ext 7583 to avoid waiting.
