CONGU (the Council of National Golf Clubs) is a company comprising golf handicapping experts from all the Golf Unions and Associations that administer golf in Great Britain and Ireland which develops and maintains a Golf Handicapping System that provides CONGU Handicaps for all players of the Clubs affiliated to the National Unions and Associations.
