AP 3415 Section 2 Chapter 2 Annex A

OICs are to retain completed forms throughout the season and send, en masse, annually (NLT 30 Oct) to the RAFGA's Dep Director of Golf for the requisite 5 year storage.

As well as the small number of applicable RAFGA-organised golf events, this requirement is likely to be most pertinent in your local golf leagues and also within sqn/flt level golfing activities.

BACKGROUND:

Certain requirements concerning civilian participation in RAF-organised events are contained within AP 3415 - Sport and Recreation in the RAF.

The requirements of AP 3415 regarding civilians playing sport within the RAF have been revised, which has resulted in the updated Declaration. MOD civil servants have always been subject to the declaration requirements but the term 'civilian' now is expanded to include MOD civil servants, dependants of Service personnel, civilian contractors employed on RAF units, UAS students and employees of event sponsor.
