Welcome to the home of RAF Hockey on the web;  As we enter 2010, the future looks bright for RAF Hockey. At the Inter Services Indoor Tournament held in November 2009, the RAF Men’s Senior Team won the Inter Services crown for the first time in many years, whilst the RAF Ladies ran the Army very close and the Under 23s were competitive with a scratch team comprising many personnel new to RAF Hockey, auguring well for success in future years. I am confident that we will have a successful Inter Services Outdoors Tournament at Aldershot Garrison on 16-17 March 2010; I believe that all the RAF teams stand a good chance of winning their tournaments.

Looking further ahead, the RAF Inter Station tournament will be held at RAF Halton on 19-20 May 2010, with the RAF Hockey Association AGM to take place on the 19 May 2010. I would urge as many RAF hockey players as possible to participate in the Inter Station tournament and come along to the AGM – the more the merrier! The annual RAF Hockey festival will be held on 18-19 August 2010 and the Regional Tournament will take place on 6-7 October 2010, both events to be held at RAF Halton. Full details on these events will appear on the RAFHA website in due course but please make a note of the dates in your diaries and book time off work to attend. The dates for the 2010 Inter Station, Inter Corps and Inter Service Indoor Hockey tournaments will follow, so please watch out for more information to come on the website in the coming months.
