Y & H Excellence Programme 2012

TIMES : from 10.00am to 3.00pm.
VENUE : Goole Leisure Centre, North Street, Goole, North Yorkshire, DN14 5QX.

COST : £3.00 per candidate or £5.00 per family. Judo Coaches are FOC.
JUDOGI : Players are to maintain the high standards of Judo etiquette and personal hygiene expected by the BJA.
ZORI : Suitable footwear must be worn to the edge of the mat.

COURSE CONTENT : Predominantly Excellence Sessions consist of Tachi-Waza and Ne-Waza drills (including techniques from the Mon and Kyu Grading Syllabi), gripping skills, IJF Contest Rules, conditioning, coaching of competition techniques safely, and structured randori. (Lead Coach : Seth Birch).

COURSE FORMAT :
10.00am - 10.15am Registration.
10.15am - 10.45am Warm up/body circuit.
10.45am - 12.15pm Tachi-Waza drills and randori.
1.00pm - 1.30pm Warm up/plyometrics.
1.30pm - 3.00pm Ne-Waza drills and randori/shuttles.

THIS COURSE IS SUITABLE FOR THOSE CANDIDATES SEEKING COACH OR INSTRUCTOR REVALIDATION.
