Institute of Leadership & Management
About the award
The Royal Air Force has recently become a corporate member of the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM). ILM is the largest awarding body for management and leadership qualifications with over 75,000 registrations each year. It is also a leading professional body offering personal and professional development opportunities to around 20,000 managers at all stages of their career.
ILM has always had strong links with the RAF and, in recognition of the importance of this relationship, we have negotiated a corporate membership scheme which is specially tailored to meet the particular needs of our service.
