Every year (Apr-Apr), the Station is allocated a precise number of places for Work Experience, split between various Education Authorities. These spaces are on a First Come First Served basis.

If you would like to apply for Work Experience, please write to or email the Youth Activities Liaison Officer (YALO) team with the following information:

• Name of child
• Age/DOB
• School
• Education Authority
• Branches interested in
• NOK details
• Required dates for the work experience.

Once your application has been sent, a member of the team will get back to you to let you know whether it has been accepted or not, and provide further information.

PLEASE NOTE: THERE ARE NO SPACES AVAILABLE FOR ANY EDUCATION AUTHORITIES OTHER THAN FIFE/DUNDEE for the year Apr 12- Apr 13. Any applications from outside Fife/Dundee will be rejected unless the dates specified are for after Apr 13.

Also, no work experience applications are currently being accepted for the period 1 July - 24 September.
