Baby Group

The weekly Baby Group is a Health Visitor facilitated group especiallyfor parents with babies under a year giving a chance to meet other localparents.

Health Visitors are on hand to offer advice on all aspects of childhealth and scales are available to weigh your baby.

• Time: 1330-1500 hrs

Baby Massage

Baby massage is a 5 week course offered to new parents by invitation.

The course offers advice on aspects of child health and development andallows you to learn the basic technique of infant massage.

Baby massage is beneficial to parents and baby in several waysincluding:

• Helps with bonding
• Helps build parental confidence
• Helps strengthen baby’s primary systems
• Relieves pain and colic in baby
• Helps with communication between baby and
parent
• Stimulates all systems of body

Baby massage takes place on a Friday in RAF Leuchars Community Centrefrom 1330-1500 hrs on a rotating basis.

Breast Feeding Support Group

For Breast-feeding mothers only.

The Breastfeeding Support Group is an opportunity for mothers and babiesto meet for support.

The group meets in the Health Visitors Room at the Community Centreevery Thursday from 1330 - 1430 hrs.

So come along have a chat and a cup of tea!
