RAF Leuchars Football Club

The Station has two teams, The Station First Team and a Sunday Team. The majority of the Sunday Team comprises of Station personnel and the rest from the local Community. The First team competes in the United Services Football League (USFL), which is made up 2 Navy Teams & 2 RAF teams. The Sunday Team plays in a local Fife League

Training

Station Football training takes place on the All Weather Sports Pitch (AWSP) located at the back of the Gym at 1730hrs on Monday nights. The training is structured and good fun. So if you want to break into the first team or are looking for a game on a Sunday morning then come along. All standards are welcome.

Sunday Side - Leuchars AFC

This is the first year the Sunday side has been associated with the Station Side. It started with a bunch of lads from TASF that played under the name of the RAISIN, which was a local pub in St Andrews that sponsored them. It was decided to affiliate the club with the Station Side so they could benefit from the excellent facilities the Station provides. The All Weather Sports Pitch provides a facility so games can be played on schedule. It also gives the Station Side a squad of players that are competing week to week for a starting place in the first team.
