Ju-Jitsu

We are a fun orientated club focusing on Ju-Jitsu as an enjoyable way to keep fit and gain confidence whilst mastering a highly effective form of self-defence. Ju-Jitsu techniques include, strike, throw and lock the aim being to ensure compliance from the attacker through minimal force; many of our techniques are used by the Civil Police. Ju-Jitsu has been described variously as "human origami" and "carefully applied brutality."

The club happily accepts service and civilian members from complete beginner through to experienced martial arts practitioner; several club members have progressed to black belt standard. We train on Tuesday evenings, during term times, at Leuchars Primary School:

• Juniors (kids) 1830 –1930
• Seniors (adults) 1930-2030
• Sessions cost £2.50

Why not come along and have a go? Just turn up in loose fitting sports clothing.
