Clifton Heights Welfare Facilities

The Clifton Heights forms part of the stations provisions for welfare. They have been established to provide accommodation for RAF Lossiemouth and RAF Kinloss service personnel of all ranks. MOD civilian staff are entitled to use these facilities subject to availability. Whilst the primary purpose is to provide welfare support, service personnel may use the apartments for visiting family and friends. Accordingly bookings may be cancelled at any time to fulfill their primary purpose. Bookings will be categorized on a priority basis.

Accommodation

The Clifton Heights welfare facilities consist of 5 apartments and one three bed roomed house. The apartments are located on three floors each with one double and two or three single beds. Herman House is a three bed roomed detached house with one double & three single beds. All accommodation is comfortably furnished and includes cooker, microwave, fridge, washing machine, TV and DVD player.

Clifton Heights apartments are situated at 30 Clifton Road, Lossiemouth, mere moment walk away from the sea front, local amenities and Lossiemouth East Beach. Herman House used for welfare accommodation is located outside RAF Lossiemouth a short walk from Lossiemouth West Beach and the local amenities.
