RAF Marham Families & Friends' Day - Thursday 12 August 2010
Gates open from 11:30 am - Flying Display commeneces at 12:30 pm

This event is only open to Station personnel, their families and invited guests. Tickets will be available from Station Registries from early July. Military, Dependants, Civilian and Contractors with ID Passes do not require tickets, these are only required for close family and friends without military ID.

RAF MARHAM’S FAMILIES’ AND FRIENDS DAY – 12 AUGUST 2010 - UPDATE

1. Thank you to those that have sent your paperwork in. This is a reminder to other people that wish to have a stall at RAF Marham’s Families and Friends Day that I need your Security Paperwork by 30 July 10 at the very latest. Tickets and Vehicle Passes

2. This year, individual tickets will be issued upon entering RAF Marham along with your vehicle pass. This is to stop them getting lost in the post.

Tent Requirements

3. This year’s event is a little later than last year and it coincides with an Air Cadet Camp. Therefore we have a very limited number of tents to use. We will allocate them on a first come first served basis. Please indicate to your POC if you require a tent and we will do our best to help.

Power

4. We will be able to offer power at your pitch if you make it known to us what you require when you return your paperwork. Please let us now what sort of usage it will be, e.g. a boiler.

Tables and Chairs

5. RAF Marham can provide some chairs and small tables. Again please indicate how many you require and we will get these to your pitch.

Timings

6. All Stall Holders will come in through Crash Gate 5 (just off the A1122 that runs between Downham Market and Swaffham). The gate will open from 0600. Vehicles that are being displayed are requested not to arrive until 1000 since set up time is minimal.
