Half-term Holiday Activity Programme and Prices

Monday 22nd October
Model Dinosaur Making
Sandringham Centre 10:00 am - 2.30 pm
Age 5 +
Cost £5
Drinks and healthy snacks will be provided during the day, however please provide a packed lunch for your child.

Tuesday 23rd October
The Magnificent Flying Machine
Sandringham Centre 2:00 pm
This show is ideal for family audiences from 4 upwards. Sit back and enjoy the ride as this popular children’s theatre company takes you on a hair-brained journey of a lifetime.

Wednesday 24th October
Judo and First Aid Awareness
Sandringham Centre 10:00 am - 2.30 pm

This promises to be a very exciting day of judo training for all levels plus an introduction to first aid awareness. Drinks and healthy snacks provided during the day please bring a packed lunch.

Thursday 25th October
Wildlife Day
Meet at the Chaplaincy Centre 10:00 am - 2.30 pm
Age 5+

We are planning a day in Lady Wood, Building Hedgehog Shelters, and maybe planting some woodland bulbs. Ask for more details when booking. Drinks and healthy snacks provided during the day please bring a packed lunch.

Friday 26th October
Craft Workshop
Sandringham Centre 10:00 am - 2.30 pm
Age 5+

Terms of Reference Parents/Carers
Community Support Squadron at RAF Marham are delighted to be able to offer you and your children an exciting week of activities during the half-term. In order for us to provide an acceptable and safe environment for your child to enjoy this programme please take time to read the following points.

· A Completed consent form is required for each child detailing any medical conditions/needs; GP details; emergency contact details and permission to have photographs and videos taken.
· Any child under 12 will need permission to walk home alone.
· Remind your child of the following:

Do not take risks
Follow leader’s instructions
Behave responsibly
Be alert to anything that may hurt or threaten himself of herself or anyone else in the group and report anything that they are concerned about to the leader or supervisor immediately.

· We aim to adhere to National Guidelines for child/adult ratios whereby at least 50% of staff and volunteers will have been CRB cleared.
· Any child whose behaviour may be considered dangerous or potentially injurious to him or herself or the group may be prevented from going on, or remaining on the activity. Parent may be required to collect their child from the activity venue as soon as is practical.
· All fees are non-refundable.
