Tuesday - A Flight - Week 1
We woke up at six, the girls were up and ready before the boys again.
Our first visit of the day was to Tornado Propulsion Flight; we saw how the engines worked and how they were put together. We also saw where the engines were tested, although we didn't actually see one get tested.
After lunch, we did a low ropes course and some teaming building challenges. These were to test our team work ability and leadership. The low ropes course was fun, but we failed miserably on most of them! But overall we all enjoyed it.
We all went swimming, but coming back from low ropes was a mission for half of A Flight, seeing as we were late. When we got to swimming finally after a long coach ride, we all had to do four strokes of some sort and then whatever we liked out of free will.
At the end of the day we all ended up in the NAAFI as per usual.
