RAF Marham Beavers – Adventurous Activities on St Georges Day – 21 April 2007

Marham Beavers enjoyed a full day of adventurous activities on Saturday 21st April 2007. They had a go at climbing, archery, air rifle shooting, cooking sausages and other outdoor activities at the Scout campsite at Two Mile Bottom near Thetford. The Beavers also enjoyed bases for rope making, bottle rockets, parachute games and water pistol target shooting. Thankfully they didn’t turn the water pistols on the Leaders! The event was organised by South West Norfolk Scout District to mark St George’s Day and over 300 local Beavers, Cubs and Scouts were able to take part.

Beaver Scouts is for boys and girls aged 6 -8 and meets at RAF Marham on Tuesdays.
